John B asked: I’ve been surfing for around 2 years, and currently have an 8′4 longboard, which was great for learning on and fun for small days, but I’m looking for something a bit faster and easier to turn. I’m 5′11, 200 pounds and reasonably fit, but my paddle strength could do with improving.

Buying the correct surf board is important when learning how to surf; start out with a bigger, thicker board at first, or even a foam board; learn more about buying your first surf board in this free surfing video clip.

dustin h asked: I want to start kayak surfing but I am not too sure what type of boat I want. I have read that inflatables are good (and cheaper) but I don’t want to get something that might not work as well just to save a few bucks. Any suggestions?

. asked: Sometimes when surfing the web, multiple toolbars will appear at the bottom of windows or windows xp. When there is about 6 or 7 websites inside the toolbar (on the right of the start button in the desktop), windows combines them all into one to form a group. But how do you close 3 or 4 website toolbars all at once so that you dont have to click on each individual one to close it?

ddgg4ever asked: I am a rookie manager, and believe in macro managing; I usually leave my employees alone when they get their work done. Recently, I’ve noticed a few of my employees are spending more time surfing the web and chatting on-line; in fact, at times, they actually put the work off until they finish surfing the web and chatting with their. I have tried to ask them to get going on their work “NOW”, but that only works the first few times. I am extremely concern about their priorities at work.
I went over the company policy today, but the manual did not indicate whether an employee “should or should not surf the web”. What can I do to stop this matter and at the same time still give employee their rights of using the net?
